It is a professional manufacturer of high-purity industrial-grade anhydrous sodium sulfite in inorganic chemical product. We have annual productive capacities of 200,000 tons of Anhydrous Sodium Sulfite with purity 96~98% and 600,000 tons of high-quality Sodium Hydrogen Sulfite with purity 32~48% (water solution).
We have 2 chemical experts, 5 senior engineers，10 middle engineers, and 30 people technical R&D teams. We have the independent and rigorous quality inspection department and control department. The production equipment and technology adopts the domestic top MVR evaporation crystallization equipment, applies Germany's advanced inorganic salt product technology, and uses automatic industrial robots in the packing section, which is absolutely leading the domestic similar manufacturers. Process Capability : We use experienced technology for production. First,extract the chean gas of sulfur dioxide from the production part of sulfuric acid, Mixture with food grade sodium carbonate,it comes out high quality sodium hydrogen sulfite. Second,after chemical treatment of sodium hydrogen sulfite ,mixture with ionic membrane sodium hydroxide, generated sodium sulfite with water. After concentrate in the still contains, desiccation and crystallization,it comes out sodium sulfite anhydrous,then we packed up the products into the warehouse.
